Why does everyone say they want to be a better listener?

In our hearts, we know we must build empathy FIRST and THEN solve problems.
The trouble is almost none of us receive this kind of training growing up, in school or from society.

We are at a critical crossroads and must reduce polarity and build cooperation if we are to survive and thrive.

Come. Listen.  Learn.

Feelings. Needs. Requests.

Bring your toughest communication challenges whether they be personal of professional and learn 3 steps to Communication Success.

Bring paper, writing utensils and a willingness to open up to new ways of thinking and speaking.

After our time together,
you will have tools you can use right away to improve your communication with others and perhaps more importantly improve the way you manage your own inner dialog.

Who Is This Workshop For:

Anyone who wants a deeper understanding of what motivates people to do what they do and how to get yourself and others to create what you want.

Leaders and aspiring leaders must have these skills to get business results.

All people must have these skills to nourish important personal and societal relationships.

What You'll Learn:

  • Building Rapport

  • Making Requests

  • Getting Results
